Introduction to wine professional course is designed for participant who willing to work in hotel and restaurant related to wine or in-experience wine drinker. Throughout fourteen hours, participant will learn theoretical knowledge, basic service manner and taste seven wines from different grape varieties plus learn how to differentiate between normal and fault wine (Fault wine workshop).

• Requirement : Applicant age must over 20 year old
• Examination : Closed-book, 50 multiple-choice questions
• Exam duration : 60 Minutes
• Passing Grade : 55%
• Certification : Certificate of completion by APBA/ Pass Certificate by APBA (if pass)
• Included : Course, Examination, Wines, Coffee Breaks and Lunch
