Intermediate Italian wine certificate
Course Abstract
This 1 day course provides the participant with a basic understanding of pure French wine knowledge for enjoyment and fun rather than an in-depth and technical knowledge. Throughout 6 hours, participants will discover and will try many premium wines from each specific region in France with more than 30 different wines.
Audience
Some people may say that French wines are complicated and hard to understand, but for some, Italian wines are even harder to under- stand. With some wine, the basic classification can help determine the general quality of wine, but this is not the case for many Italian wine producers. The Discover Italy course will build to understand both basic types of Italian wine in each regions, what grape and method are used in each region with classic method and also to understand the rebel Italian wine that does not follow the classical method of wine producing.
